Learning how to write and use affirmations changed my life.  I was able to start building self-confidence with affirmations as my main tool.

I owe a big part of my ongoing success to the power of being able to write and use affirmations in such a way that they are effective.

I know many people struggle when it comes to using affirmations but if you know how they work and what might stop them from working then building self-confidence with affirmations becomes possible.

A lot of people question whether it is really possible to create and use visualization and affirmation techniques to work in life – and yet successful people do it all the time.

What happens with most people is not doing it long enough or focused enough to make it work.

You can develop a plan that outlines a goal you want for yourself from beginning to end and use visualization and affirmation to help you achieve it.

I have done it many times myself and the only time life stinks or things don’t work out is when I forget these tools that I have and focus on lack or things turning out the way I hoped.

The one thing I always say to people is your thoughts determine your actions which will influence your results. Affirmations help you change what you are saying and seeing (using visualizations) which will then help motivate you towards taking the actions you need to make things happen and achieve your goal.

If you thought you just sat in a chair and thought of an elephant to make it appear you are sadly mistaken!

My own experience has been that self-affirmations are positive statements or self-scripts that helped to condition my subconscious so that I was able to develop a more positive perception of myself.

Affirmations may help you to alter adverse behaviors or achieve goals.

They may likewise help undo the harm caused by damaging scripts, those things which we repeatedly tell ourselves (or which other people repeatedly tell us) that add to a negative self-perception.

When you are building self-confidence with affirmations the only limits are the ones you put in place. The key now is learning how to write and use affirmations successfully.

Affirmations are simple to create and utilize, but you’ll need dedication to make them work but then that can be said about personal growth as a whole – you need to be determined enough to make this work for yourself.
