I add Chlorella powder to my juices to ramp up the green goodness. Particularly when I am detoxing and/or when I want to increase my protein intake first thing in the morning.

Chlorella is a great source of protein, minerals, enzymes and other nutrients.

It also contains the naturally occurring chlorophyll which is another source of green goodness.

In its dried form it provides around 45-60% protein.

I have found out that it is great for boosting the immune system and detoxifying the body. It removes the chemicals that your body does not need and should not have within it.

Chlorella is also used to increase “good” bacteria in the intestine in order to improve digestion.
