To reach your confidence building goals you must have focus and desire. together they help you achieve just about anything in life that you want to achieve.

Below is an exercise that will help you focus on getting very clear about what you want what you want so you keep working towards it even when things get tough

Exercise

Decide what you want and right it down – translate your dreams into organized thought

Create an image at the end of what you want, see yourself having completed it

Include your feelings, the feeling of joy, excitement, pride, whatever works, just feel that feeling of success. You just managed to achieve your goal, celebrate it

Include music, your favorite tune, turn it up load and hear it blasting all around you.

Now stop and write it all down, everything you saw, heard, felt, tasted, experienced; get it all down on paper, do not miss out any detail. Re-connected with it as you write. This is your future life.

Every morning and every night focus on your dream. Focus on it and feel that feeling of you already having it.

Work towards it with absolute belief until you achieve it.

It doesn’t take much to get what you want, only absolute faith with focus and desire!  Which of course is the big one for people!

And we all know that absolutely believing we can achieve this is one of the biggest limits that we posses – unless its not!
