This sweet potato juicing recipe wasn’t one of my favourites. I am just not mad on juicing potatoes but I did it.

Health benefits of sweet potato

Sweet potato is a superfood ranked amongst the biggest and the best green veg like broccoli

They are a great source of potassium, vitamin B6, C and D. They contain iron and a great source of magnesium which is a relaxation and anti-stress mineral.

Because they release their sugar slowly into the bloodstream they help provide a regular source of energy without the sugar spike of most foods that are linked to weight gain.

They contain almost twice as much fiber as other types of potatoes.

Thanks to their orange colour they are rich in beta-carotene (vitamin A)

Sweet Potato Surprise – Juicing Recipe

1 large sweet potato

2 carrots

3 sticks of celery

Lemon (add a little if you are not crazy about it or a lot if you are)

cayenne pepper (that’s the surprise) – throw some on and mix it in for some extra kick.

Put all the ingredients through your juicer and add some cayenne pepper – mix then drink.
